About Our Services

Sumtek Solutions is a B2B web design and development consultancy. This website provides information about our services and includes a client portal where prospective and active clients can create an account, request estimates and design mockups, review and approve proposals, track projects, exchange messages with us, and pay invoices.

Accounts

Portal accounts are for business use by individuals 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods (email, linked Google/Apple account, passkeys) secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service.

Use of the Website

You may use this website to:

• Submit a contact form or project request
• Use the client portal features available to your account
• Access publicly available information about Sumtek Solutions

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website

Proposals and Engagements

Project engagements are formed when you approve a proposal — electronically through the portal or a proposal link we send you, or through a separately signed agreement. Electronic approval (checking the acceptance box and clicking approve) creates a binding engagement on the terms presented with that proposal, which address scope, payment schedule, intellectual-property transfer, and termination. Where a separately negotiated and signed agreement (Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or similar) exists, it governs over these website terms.

General information and pricing on the website are informational starting points, not a binding offer, until a specific proposal is approved.

Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, U.S. bank transfers, and — where offered — USDC stablecoin, settled to us in U.S. dollars) or, where offered, Strike (Bitcoin Lightning). We never store your card, bank, or wallet details. Unless the invoice or proposal states otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. Retainer subscriptions bill automatically each period until cancelled.

Where a guarantee is stated at the point of purchase — such as our design-approval deposit guarantee — it applies as stated there. Otherwise, fees for work already delivered are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us before disputing it with your bank and we will work it out.

AI-Generated Estimates and Mockups

Instant estimates and design mockups are generated with AI assistance and are provided as previews for evaluation only. They are drafts, may contain errors, and are not final deliverables or binding quotes — final scope, pricing, and deliverables are set in the proposal you approve.

Service Area

Sumtek Solutions provides services to businesses located in the United States only. We do not offer or provide services to individuals or businesses located outside the United States, and orders or inquiries originating outside the United States may be declined.

All fees quoted are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes; applicable sales or use tax will be added to invoices where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, logos, and graphics — is the property of Sumtek Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Intellectual property in client project deliverables is governed by the approved proposal or signed agreement for that engagement — by default, deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability.

Pricing listed on this website is subject to change and represents general starting points. Actual project pricing is determined through individual scoping and proposal.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumtek Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or the client portal, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability arising from a project engagement is governed by the approved proposal or signed agreement for that engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
